From Lizzo to Ralphie to Harry Potter, HBO Max will be stuffed with familiar names in November.

One of Max’s freshest comedies, “The Sex Lives of College Girls” (Nov. 17), returns for its second season, dropping two new episodes every week. Created by Mindy Kaling and Justin Noble (who also teamed on Netflix’s “Never Have I Ever”), the ensemble comedy about four college roommates picks up right after Thanksgiving break, with the girls organizing a “sex-positive” male strip show.

HBO Max also has Season 3 of “We’re Here” (Nov. 25), as “RuPaul’s Drag Race” alumni Bob the Drag Queen, Eureka O’Hara and Shangela travel the country spreading love, cheer and awareness; “Shaq” (Nov. 23), chronicling the life and career of NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal; “Low Country: The Murdaugh Dynasty” (Nov. 3), a true-crime series about a South Carolina lawyer’s scandalous turn; and “Say Hey, Willie Mays!” (Nov. 8), a film exploring the life of the greatest living baseball player.

The Warner Bros. Discovery WBD, +0.39% -owned streaming service is also adding a slew of movies, including the return of all eight Harry Potter movies and 11 “Star Trek” movies, as well as favorites such as “Three Amigos,” “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,” “Raging Bull” and “Stargate” (all Nov. 1).
