TSA extending mask mandate for planes through April 18: reports

The Transportation Security Administration is extending the mask mandate on planes and other public transportation until April 18, reports said Thursday. NBC News, citing a White House official, said the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will work with government agencies to help inform a revised policy lifting the mask rules. The mask requirement was set to expire on March 18.
