
Real Good Foods Co., a health and wellness frozen food company, has priced its IPO at $12 per share, below the expected range of $14 to $16. The company plans to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol “RGF,” and offer both class A and class B shares. Real Good Foods is offering 5,333,333 class A shares, with the selling stockholder offering 416,667 shares. The Real Good Foods product lineup includes entrees, bowls and breakfast sandwiches. Underwriters for the deal are Jefferies, William Blair, Truist Securities and Nomura. The Renaissance IPO ETF IPO, -1.81% is up 6.2% for the year to date while the S&P 500 index SPX, +0.37% has gained 24.6% for the period.
