Penske Automotive Group Inc. PAG, +1.02% said Thursday it is raising it quarterly cash dividend to 53 cents a share from 50 cents previously. The new dividend will be payable Sept. 1 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 10. Shares were down 2.5% Thursday.
