: PayPal CFO stepping down following leave

PayPal Holdings Inc. PYPL, -2.44% said late Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Blake Jorgensen will step down from the role. Jorgensen took a leave of absence for health reasons last September. He’ll remain with the company as a senior adviser through Sept. 15, PayPal said. The company named Gabrielle Rabinovitch acting CFO at the start of Jorgensen’s leave, and she will continue in that role, PayPal said, without further details about the search for a permanent CFO. Shares of PayPal dropped 0.6% in the extended session after ending the regular trading day down 2.4%.
