One of the Tiger cubs, Tiger Legatus Capital Management, reportedly says it will close


One of the so-called Tiger cubs, Tiger Legatus, is closing, according to a report in the Financial Times. Jesse Ro told investors in a letter that the fund had not delivered acceptable returns, the report said. Many of the funds tied to Julian Robertson’s hedge fund Tiger Management have been hurt by the downturn in tech stocks. Tiger Legatus lost 2.8% in the first quarter and dropped 1% in 2021, the report said.
