: Nasdaq gains, joining Dow and S&P 500 in green during final hour of trading

U.S. stocks were attempting to hold onto slight gains in the final hour of trading on Monday, as investors prepare for another batch of first-quarter earning results this week. Dow industrials were up by around 57 points or almost 0.2%. The S&P 500 toggled between minor gains and losses, trading up by 5 points at 4,143. The Nasdaq Composite was up by 9 points, or less than 0.1%, at 12,133.
