Just Eat Takeaway GRUB, +2.46% is planning to delist from the Nasdaq NDAQ, -1.17%, citing the low trading volumes and the low proportion of the shares held in the U.S. It’s aiming for the last trading day of its U.S.-listed shares on the Nasdaq to occur by the end of the first quarter of 2022. The company’s ordinary shares will remain listed on Euronext ENX, -2.02% Amsterdam and on the London Stock Exchange LSEG, -3.17%.
