: French accounting firm Mazars will reportedly stop working for Binance and other crypto companies


A French accounting firm that was providing proof-of-reserves auditing data for Binance and other cryptocurrency companies has reportedly said it would cease to work for those companies.

The French firm suspended work for cryptocurrency companies because of media scrutiny and signs that markets are not confident about the work it has done to vouch for their reserves thus far, according to a report by Bloomberg News, citing an email that it had viewed.
